Dr. Ramos joined Tri-County Small Animal Hospital in July 2023. Her professional interests include Internal Medicine, Dermatology, and Clinical Pathology. She is a proud member of both the Tenessee Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
Dr. Ramos earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Merced, and later graduated with her DVM from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She is passionate about helping pet owners make informed decisions about their pets’ care and was driven to become a veterinarian by her love for medical puzzles and the challenges they present.
Originally from Los Angeles, Dr. Ramos shares her home with Argos, a Husky-Chihuahua mix, Theta, a Shiba Inu mix, and Torrent, a Belgian Malinois. In her free time, she enjoys painting, playing video games, and exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping.
