Dr. Klinker joined the Tri-County Small Animal Hospital team in August 2024. Her professional interests include Geriatric Care and Oncology, and she is a member of the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Klinker grew up in East Tennessee, spending time in Crossville and Knoxville. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee and graduated with her DVM degree from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. Her passion for veterinary medicine began when she started volunteering at her local animal shelter as a teenager, and she hasn’t looked back since.
Dr. Klinker’s personal menagerie is an all-rescued roster, including cat Cyrie and dogs Schmitt (golden retriever/great Pyrenees mix), Pansy (golden retriever), Remi (beagle), Ozzie (greyhound), and Sky (greyhound). In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, gardening, and spending time at the lake.
