Our Team
Tri-County Small Animal Hospital prides itself on a warm, inviting team dedicated to client and patient-centered service. Our well-equipped facility provides a supportive and positive environment where team members collaborate to provide the best care possible.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting clients and their pets, creating a welcoming environment.
- Checking clients in and out of appointments and processing payments.
- Handling multi-line phone systems, making reminder calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Supporting the team with ordering supplies, generating reports, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
- Assisting in client education and building strong relationships within our pet parent community.

- Prior experience in client services or customer service is a plus but not a requirement – we’re willing to train the right candidate!

Our Offer
- Full-time hours (35-40 hours/week) with an hourly wage ranging from $13.00 to $16.00.

Education & Experience
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
