Linda Osborne, DVM

Dr. Osborne graduated with honors in 1982 with a bachelor's degree in cell biology from UTK.  Three years later, she completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee where she was a member of the Phi Zeta, The Veterinary Honor Society.

Dr. Linda Osborne has been practicing companion animal medicine and surgery for over 30 years.  Her professional goal as a veterinarian is to provide compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary care for pet family members and the community.  When she is not in the hospital, Dr. Osborne enjoys yoga, singing, playing the ukulele, and being active outdoors.

She invites you to visit the hospital and meet our friendly and helpful support staff!

Dr. Laura Bacon, DVM

Dr. Laura Devlin Bacon attended Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pa and recieved her Bachelor degree in biology. In 1996, Laura moved to Knoxville to attend The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with honors in 2000. She has worked in and around Knoxville as a veterinarian since graduation, including founding and operating a small animal hospital in Seymour, TN. In 2011, Laura completed a difficult credentialing process and was awarded Diplomate Status by The American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Canine and Feline practice. She feels that this specialty certification demonstrates both her commitment to excellence in veterinary medicine and the quality of care she provides her beloved patients.

Laura has a special interest in geriatric medicine, pain management, and veterinary hospice care. In addition to general practice, Laura has worked as a hospice veterinarian since 2011 and is committed to helping very sick pets maintain their quality of life while supporting the bond that they share with their human family members. More than a career, she considers her role as a veterinarian to be her life’s calling.

She is a cycling enthusiast and loves bikes (and anything that has to do with The Bike Zoo), reading, playing and snuggling with her kids and pets, being outdoors, teaching her adorable Sunday School students, and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah, Front Office Manager

You will see Sarah’s smiling face at our front desk.  In addition to being a receptionist she is our office manager.  She lives with her family and three spunky fur babies Rocky, Mia, and Kane in Roane County, TN. She loves watching her daughters play sports and spending time with her family on the lake.

Amy, Assistant/Receptionist/Kennel Technician

Amy, a native of Johnson City, is now happy to call Oak Ridge home.  At TCSAH you may find her at the front desk, in the exam room as an assistant, or even helping out in the kennels.  She shares her home with 3 dogs, a husband, and 2 children.  She enjoys camping on her time off.

Lauren, Receptionist/Social Media Guru

Lauren, an Oak Ridge native, is one of our awesome receptionists at Tri-County Small Animal Hospital.  While Lauren does not currently have any fur babies, she enjoys loving on and taking care of all the great pets at the hospital.  She also likes hiking and camping with her family, eating dark chocolate (yum!), and reading.

Tiffany, Kennel Technician/Assistant

Tiffany, our newest team member, lives with her cockatiel that can whistle the “Andy Griffith” theme song and an 8 year old black lab that will always be young at heart.  Tiffany enjoys doing anything artistic from crocheting to painting.  We are excited to have Tiffany as a new staff member and cannot wait to see where her journey takes her.

 Clinic Pets

Bella: "The Diva" lives upstairs in her penthouse suite because
she doesn't always play well with others.

Tweeter: "The Greeter" is our official greeter.  He loves everyone
and has the loudest "purr" in town.

Monkeyman: "The Boss" routinely fights with Dr. Osborne for the chair in front
of her computer.  Sometimes he wins, sometimes he loses, but he is always loved!

Elmira: Gone but not forgotten. Rest in peace.
